We can deliver to any mainland UK address; unfortunately we are unable to deliver at present to Ireland or Scottish Islands although we can deliver to a port for export. We use either our own van for deliveries or a specialist fragile goods distributor Transportamatic. If goods are delivered via Transportamatic - We will contact you to tell you the date that the goods will leave our factory and ask for any balance payments to be made. Transportamatic will then contact you directly and arrange for a delivery date and approx time of day usually within 4 hours. The drivers are in contact with their office who are happy to call 30 - 60 mins before the driver arrives. If goods are delivered via our own Transport - We will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery and ask for any balance payments to be made. We will then contact you on the day to give an approx indication of delivery time if available. If you would like our driver to call 30-60mins before delivery then please let us know. Please contact our office on the day of delivery if you would like more specific delivery timings and we will try to help as best we can.

We offer full specification on all frameless glass doors, shower enclosures and partitions and as such make all the tolerances for you so that there is less chance of a mistake. We ask very simply that you give us the overall tight width dimension after all tiling etc has been completed, and the finished floor to ceiling height i.e. after the flooring has been laid. We have had experience of mistakes with customers guessing the floor tile height etc, so we do not recommend measuring until the opening has been completed. If the area is out of square or a strange shape this does not normally cause us a problem, but we would suggest you contact us so that we can talk through the best way to measure.

Fitting most of our frameless glass products does not necessarily mean you will have to employ a specialist fitter, most contractors should be able to carry out these installations and many of our customers fit themselves. We have a simple user friendly guide to fitting and would recommend that you read this before you start. If you would like a copy before you order to see how easy it is then please contact us. We have experienced staff that undergo training on all of our products who can also easily talk you through an installation over the phone.

All glass used in our frameless glass products are toughened to BS6206 Class A and conform to all current building regulations. All edges are highly in-line polished.

Clearshield "Easy Clean" coating is recommended for all of our shower and wet room enclosures - Please see our dedicated web page for full technical detail

Our frameless interior doors can be - Wall mounted directly - Fitted into an existing wooden frame - Top and Bottom pivot fixed - Sliding both hidden and stainless steel visible - Folding etc.

If you have a simple rectangle we would recommend that you measure an exact tight size and then reduce this measurement by 2mm. If you have shapes or panels with socket cut outs then a template may be required - contact us for advice. Your splash back should be supplied with a silicone adhesive we do not recommend no nails or non flexible material. The wall should be flat smooth and free from dust. It should be sealed with an appropriate sealer. Run vertical lines of adhesive approx 6mm thick vertically on the silver foil reverse side of the splash back – sit 2mm spacers onto the worktop and offer splash back up to wall. Push back against the wall and position. Secure over the face of the glass with a masking tape and leave to dry overnight. The following day you should remove the tape and the spacers and cap between the worktop and the glass with the same silicone adhesive. If there is no worktop you will need a baton to stop the glass slipping whilst the adhesive dries.

Templates should be of a material which will not bend i.e. mdf although cardboard may be suitable.

Yes, Socket cut outs can be put into the glass.

The basic principle of sand blasting glass is to subject exposed areas of glass to a jet stream of air and abrasive, the force of the abrasive erodes the glass surface resulting in a design. The variation of pressure allows for detailed effects to be applied. We also have photo etching capabilities for very detailed lettering and design.

Our Coloured and leaded glass panels are produced using self adhesive lead and coloured films to produce bespoke designs. All films are UV stable and covered by a 5 yr warranty.

Having offered decorative glass for over 20 years, we have built a huge catalogue of artwork for inclusion into sandblasted glass panels. We offer a standard range of panels for doors, side and fanlights and these designs can be scaled to suit most sizes. Our coloured work is individually made to order.

We specialise in custom work and can accept your own design in a number of ways i.e. a hard copy of the design, a vectorised .esp. file from Adobe Illustrator or similar (please send us a sample file so that we can test first). Our designers are happy to meet with you at our showrooms to design a panel around an idea that you may have. We then offer a rough sketch showing scaling etc. All quotes include design consultation and as much interaction as you require to get the design "just right"

All of our sandblasted and coloured glass panels can be supplied in Toughened/ Double Glazed/Fire retention or in a number of the specialist glasses available.

We custom manufacture all mirrors to order in plain, bevelled, etched border or to a design.

Mirrors can be drilled for screw fixing, supplied with clips or for adhesive fixing or with a hidden back fixing.

U Values measure the rate of heat loss per square metre for a temperature difference of 1 degree Kelvin, or Celsius between the interior and exterior.

We can supply double glazed units in Pilkington K or Planitherm 1.1 glasses to meet current building regulations or replacement 14mm thickness units. Any of the specialist glasses i.e. solar control etc can also be incorporated into our units. We can also supply Pilkington Active Self Cleaning Glass

We supply both a DIY simple secondary glazing system and a fully fabricated aluminium system which can be supplied as fixed, lift out, hinged, horizontal and vertical sliding in both shoot bolt and counterbalanced systems. Contact us to discuss the most suitable solution for your windows.

We can supply our secondary glazing systems with Stadip Silence an innovative acoustic glass which gives significantly enhanced acoustic performance.
