Go Glass shortlisted for Glass Company of the Year and Unsung Hero at G17 Awards
As we approach our 40th year in business we are delighted to have been shortlisted in the upcoming G17 Awards. Taking place at The London Hilton on Park Lane on 17th November, it is great that our small talented Go Glass team have been recognised for their hard work and commitment over the last 40 years. Led by Director Clive Sparkes (also shortlisted for Unsung Hero Award) the design and production team hold NVQ’s from Level 2 to 4 and utilise both traditional methods and modern day technology to produce some great bespoke glass design work for both domestic and commercial customers.
Clive has designed and produced 3 glass sculptures for auction in aid of Clic Sargent. The Ducati 996 and Vodafone F1 car were full size replicas of the originals and raised over £8000 for the charity. The latest sculpture is “Pushing the Limits” a full size glass runner with the option of personalising with a company logo or name. We hope to raise at least £3000 for the charity and you can make an offer online https://goglass.co.uk/charity-auction.php
