As we turn the page to an exciting new chapter in the Go Glass story, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our New Glass Design Centre on January 2nd, 2025. This move marks a significant milestone in our journey as we bid farewell to our original site at Cherry Hinton Road, which has been our home for 46 remarkable years. Over these decades, we have been privileged to serve countless friends and neighbours, building relationships that have become the cornerstone of our success and community presence.

Our Cherry Hinton Road location has seen the evolution of Go Glass from a small family-owned business to one of the top glass companies in the UK. As we move forward, we carry with us the cherished memories and gratitude for all who have been part of our journey. The closure of our cut-size glass shop signifies a strategic shift in our focus towards exclusively processed glass, allowing us to innovate and expand our offerings.

Transitioning Focus: Saying Goodbye to Cut Size Glass Services

With the closure of our cut size glass shop, we will no longer offer replacement glass services. This decision aligns with our commitment to specialize in processed glass, ensuring that we can deliver the highest quality and creativity in our designs. While this marks the end of an era, it also heralds a new beginning filled with opportunities for growth and innovation.

Introducing Go Glass Display: A New Brand on the Horizon

In addition to our Go Glass Design and Go Glass Architectural brands, we are excited to introduce Go Glass Display, which was launched earlier this year. This new venture has already made a significant impact, with bespoke glass cabinets installed in Harrods, one of the world’s most renowned retail brands. As we look to the future, our new wine displays under the Go Glass Display banner will debut in January, offering a fresh range of innovative designs.

The New Glass Design Centre will feature state-of-the-art showroom displays, set to be completed by the end of February. We invite everyone to visit and experience the artistry and innovation that define Go Glass. This new space will showcase our products and offer an immersive “glass design” experience for our customers and community.

The Go Glass Design and Production Centre is based at 12a Solopark Trading Estate, Station Road, Pampisford, Cambridge, CB22 3HB. Open Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm or by appointment, our customers are welcome to visit and see the skilled design craftsmen working on a range of products.
