We manufacture premium UV bonded glass display cabinets using only UK Toughened Safety Glass to BS EN12150-1 standards specifically for commercial interiors, retail environments, hospitality cafes and restaurants and exhibition spaces.
The units are not mass manufactured, each cabinet is made to measure to fit your counter or retail display, in our own Design and manufacture centre ensuring a precise spec and fit each time, and structural integrity built for daily commercial use.
The frameless UV bonded construction eliminates bulky brackets, gives clean architectural lines with exceptional strenght. Lockable doors, sliding or hinged access options and internal glass shelving, allow each glass display to be tailored to your operational needs. What is UV bonding?
UV bonding is a specialist technique by which glues are applied to the glass edges and cured with a UV light. This gives the cabinet a strength which normal glues and silicones can’t achieve. The glues are invisible and this technique means that glass cases, boxes, shower enclosures and glass furniture can easily be custom made
What glass is used to make glass cabinets?
Toughened glass is seven times stronger than ordinary glass and is therefore perfect for glass cabinets particularly UV bonded cases. Normally 6mm toughened is suitable except for larger cabinets which may require 10mm thickness glass. Toughened glass is BS stamped and so suitable for all areas requiring a safety glass.
Can you add shelving and glass doors?
Yes of course, our design team are happy to help you design your own bespoke display cabinet to suit your own requirements
How long does it take to make?
We always try to work to deadlines even if they are tight, we would ask for 2 weeks but please do ask if you are urgent.
Are your glass display cabinets suitable for commercial use?
Yes. We manufacture using 8mm and 10mm toughened safety glass produced in the UK. This ensures durability, impact resistance and compliance for retail, hospitality and exhibition environments. All UV Bonded cabinets conform to BS EN12500 1(C) 1
